Our iceberg lettuce is unique. An idea that originated 16 years ago, Staycrisp Premium Iceberg lettuce is still the only, successfully wrapped lettuce of its kind in South Australia.
Fresh iceberg lettuces are cut, wrapped and packed in the field, vacuum-cooled to a consistent core and delivered in-store within 24 hours of harvest.

 

STAYCRISP® CAULIFLOWER +  STAYCRISP® CAULIFLOWER PETITE

Launched in 2014, our wrapped cauliflower is the latest addition to our value-added range. Available in two sizes, regular & petite, the cauliflower go through the same harvesting & vacuum cooling process as the Staycrisp® Premium Iceberg.
Staycrisp® Cauliflower Petite is an exciting, new product. It is a special variety that has been developed by Swanport Harvest and offers a much sweeter, tender taste. It is the perfect size to feed 2-4 people.

 

 

THE SECRET IS IN THE BAG

Specially designed bags and the vacuum cooling process ensure that Staycrisp® products will last up to two weeks in your fridge.
Use half straight away and keep the other half in the bag in the vegetable drawer of your fridge to ensure that it stays crisp longer.
